Arian Car Rental Greece accepts payments by debit card or cash.
Clients have to pay a deposit in cash or by credit card which is refundable at the end of the rental without damages.

Prices for 1 day covers only 200 km free and the extra km over 200 km, the cost depend on the car category
Prices for 2 days covers only 400 km free and the extra km over 400 km, the cost depend on the car category
DRIVING LICENSE: The rented car driver must hold a driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license. US American, Canadian, Australian must have an international driving license. Russian driver licence is accepted (the plastic one) under the condition that the letters are in Latin as well.
AGE OF THE DRIVER: The minimum age limit is 23 years. For cars belonging to categories E1, M, J
the minimum age limit is 25 years.
GUARANTEE: The drivers must be holders of a credit card for reasons of guarantee. If they do not
hold a credit card, they can rent only cars belonging to categories A, B ,C,E,E1 after depositing a guarantee
in cash for the rental, in addition to the rental fee, which shall be refunded to them at the end of
the rental period as long as the car is returned as collected.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each hour of delay upon completion of the 24-hour
rental shall be charged with 1/5 of the daily rental fee.
FUEL: The renter must deliver the car with the same fuel quantity as it was delivered.
KILOMETERS: All prices include unlimited km.
BORDER CROSSING: Is not allowed.
CHANGES: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.
TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: It is allowed, in the driver’ s responsibility.
ACCEPTANCE FROM – DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: Available option, by paying a special
fee, upon request.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the renter.
SECOND DRIVER: Is Free of Charge.
GPS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 5 euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter
than 10 days and at a rate of 3 euro per day for rental periods exceeding 10 days. Maximum price per
rental 85 euro.
CHILDREN SAFETY SEATS: Available upon reservation Free of Charge.
SNOW CHAINS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3 euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is
charged for 14 days maximum (i.e.36 euro).
RATES: The rates posted on the website may change without notice.
QUOTES: Quotes are valid only for seven days. If the seven days have passed then customers should ask to be offered a new one that is valid.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations 3 days prior to delivery of the car, 1 day rental payment is required .
For last minute cancellation of the rental or non show a full amount of the rental is required.
Car rental Insurance
Rental fees include:

– Collision Damage Waiver Insurance (C.D.W) Collision damage waiver insurance means that Arian Car Rental Greece is insured towards collision damages (material damages) also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay.
The Excess Amount for Collision is (CDW):
– 500 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C,D E)
– 750 euro + VAT for (Category E1 ,E2 ,F,J CC, LA)
– 1500 Euro + VAT for (Category L, L1)
Daily Charge of Super CDW (FCDW):
– 10 Euro + VAT for (Category A, B and C, D, E, E1)
– 15 Euro+ VAT for (Category F, J, CC, LA)
– 20 Euro + VAT for (Category L, L1, L2, M,M1)
No excess amounts after accepting Super CDW (FDW)
NO INSURANCE COVERAGE SHALL APPLY TO:
– Damage caused to the car’s tires, windscreen, windows or bottom.
– Loss or theft of personal items kept in the car.
– Any damage caused to the car during transportation by ship or other means.
– Any incident taking place while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
– Accidents caused by a driver who has not been stated in the rental agreement.
Additional Drivers: 1 additional driver Free of Charge
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23 year old
Baby chair: 1 Baby chair or 1 Booster is free of charge
Deposit Requirements: Cash or debit card deposits are accepted

PERSONAL INSURANCE – At an extra charge of 3,50 Euro per day: Coverage of drivers up to 2,935.00 Euro and passengers up to 2,935.00 Euro for total or partial disability.
